What is your opinion on the impeachment motion?
Earlier the deputy president faulted his impeachment process, saying some key principles had been floated.
He also said his impeachment would annul the sovereign will of the majority of Kenyans who voted for him as deputy president.
The charges forming the ground for the impeachment include alleged gross violation of the constitution, reckless and inflammatory remarks, misconduct regarding Gachaguas responsibility as Rutos principal assistant, corrupt and unlawful acquisition of assets valued at upward of ksh 5 billion, and its alleged violation of both national and international laws, including the national cohesion and integration Act
291 MPs from both sides of the House appended their signatures to remove Gachagua from office.
